Areas of Responsibility

Kelly Conforti Rupp creates and sustains several Office of the Provost initiatives, including recruitment and retention of faculty and staff; professional development for faculty and staff; and support for dual career couples. She also collaborates with university partners on climate, inclusion, belonging, and diversity efforts.

Biography

Prior to joining the Office of the Provost, Kelly worked for nine years at UW–Madison’s Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies, and previously worked in corporate communications and magazine publishing. She earned a Master of Arts degree from UW–Madison and a Bachelor of Arts degree from UW–Milwaukee, both in Mass Communication.
