Areas of Responsibility

Kelly Conforti Rupp creates and sustains several leadership development initiatives for the Office of the Provost, including dean reviews; the Department Chairs Community of Practice; and the Department Chairs Peer Mentoring Program. She also facilitates programs for the Big Ten Academic Alliance, including the Academic Leadership Program and Department Executive Officers Program.

Biography

Prior to joining the Office of the Provost, Kelly worked for nine years at UW–Madison’s Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies, and previously worked in corporate communications and magazine publishing. She earned a Master of Arts degree from UW–Madison and a Bachelor of Arts degree from UW–Milwaukee, both in Mass Communication. As an ICF-certified professional coach, Kelly helps leaders tune into their inner wisdom, overcome internal barriers, and leverage their strengths to maximize their leadership impact.
