Areas of Responsibility

As director of administrative searches, Carole Kolb leads the search and screen process for senior administrative positions. She coordinates with shared governance groups, Human Resources, and the Office of Legal Affairs to ensure that search committees comply with university policies and state and federal laws. Since 2014, she has supported over fifty searches.

Biography

Carole received a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from SUNY Cortland and an MA and PhD in Educational Policy Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
