Areas of Responsibility

As associate vice provost and director of student learning assessment, Bischof oversees the leadership, coordination and administrative oversight of student learning assessment, campus-wide.  She also partners with the vice provost for teaching and learning to support teaching and learning initiatives, and works closely with the vice provost for faculty and staff and other campus leaders to advance faculty and academic leadership development. Some of these initiative and programs include:

Current efforts focus on the integration of the academic assessment infrastructure to a digital environment, strengthening assessment practices across academic programs and courses, teaching and learning and academic leadership development, and supporting the 2019 HLC accreditation review.


Mo Noonan Bischof joined the Office of the Provost as assistant to the provost in 2002, became assistant vice provost in 2008, associate vice provost in 2014 and associate vice provost, distinguished, in 2015. She received her B.A in communications and sociology from Gonzaga University and her M.A. in higher education administration from the University of Minnesota.
